If the customer finds a defect in the merchandise at the time of delivery by the carrier, he must indicate it on the delivery note and inform SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L. as soon as possible within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not do it in this way, the receipt of the product is deemed to be acceptable.

The purchase prices in force at the time the order is placed are those that appear on the screen, except for a typographical error. SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L. reserves the right to change prices.

All prices are expressed in Euros and without taxes.

In Spain, the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied.


The customer will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to cancel, totally or partially, the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation, notifying SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L. The company will evaluate the request within 48 hours and reserves the right to accept said return if it is not returned in the appropriate conditions to proceed or not with the reimbursement. Once accepted, the customer has a period of 7 days to send the package to the address:

Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has expired, SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L. will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchases of products.

SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L. will manage the refund of the amount of the returned merchandise through the same payment system used by the client for the acquisition of the products. No additional cost of shipping, cash on delivery, installation and start-up costs, if any, will be refunded. Payments will be made in EUROS.


The guarantee of the products sold by SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L. is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned R.D. 1/2007, article 114 et seq., legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand remediation when the good acquired is not in accordance with the contract, giving him the option of demanding the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate. When the repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, the consumer may demand a price reduction or termination of the contract.

In case of non-conformity of the product, a period of two years is recognized for consumers and a period of one year for professionals and freelancers, from the moment of delivery so that the buyer can make his rights effective. However, only in the 6 months following delivery, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery, and it will be up to the buyer to prove that the good was non-compliant, in accordance with article 114 and following of the R.D. 1/2007. The consumer must inform SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L. of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The guarantee will lose its value:

  • If some of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.
  • If the guaranteed device itself is tampered with or repaired without the knowledgeTechnical Service Center.
  • If you don’t have an invoice.
  • In case of power surges or connection to an inadequate voltage.

The cancellation of an order processed by the client, in the process of manufacturing or importing, will entail covering all expenses such as transport, customs expenses, etc.

SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L. reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount paid by the client and being exempt from any other obligation.


In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 (LOPD) of December 13 and with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into our file (Customers), which has been notified in the General Registry of Data Protection, in order to allow existing commercial procedures and/or the sending of advertising and offers of our products, provided that you do not express your opposition.

We remind you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation to the processing of your personal data with a written communication providing a copy of your identification document and addressing SCENTED DELIVERIES, S.L.


The sales made are subject to Spanish law. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that will hear the matter will be the Courts of the judicial district of Gipuzkoa.
